Shershaah Twitter Reaction: Netizens Impressed With Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani Starrer; Say, 'It Is Sid’s Best Work Till Date’
Most of the time, a biopic does strike a chord with the audience, after all, we witness a never-seen-before life on the big screen. Similarly, a biopic on Captain Vikram Batra, titled Shershaah has brought in immense love and respect from netizens. Helmed by Vishnu Vardhan, Shershaah has finally hit the OTT platform today and netizens are lauding Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani starrer. They are not only praising the makers to bring Vikram Batra’s life onscreen but calling it Sid’s ‘best work till date’.

Moreover, as the film was released during Independence Week, it evoked a sense of patriotism in people as their hearts swell with pride and made them teary-eyed. A fan reviewed the movie and said, “REVIEW: #Shershaah - Undoubtedly #SidharthMalhotra’s best work till date. The guy just nailed it. #KiaraAdvani supported him well and so did others. Nicely written dialogues are well supported by picturesque visuals. Good Music. Best war film post Border.  MUST WATCH”

While another one thought the hard work is being shown evidently, “Difficult to hold tears in the ending moments of the film. The last hour of the film is breathtaking. It transitions into a different zone. #SidharthMalhotra career best. The hard work to look like late Vikram Batra & get into the skin of character is quite evident.” Check out more such reactions here”

Meanwhile, SpotboyE gave 3.5 stars to Shershaah. An excerpt of the review read, “Shershaah replays the events leading up to Vikram’s death during the 1999 Kargil war with a brusque efficiency. It doesn’t take the war genre forward. That isn’t what this project set out to do. It aspired to bring alive a true hero’s saga, and it does that successfully.”
